By submitting an application to Sustainable Screens Australia (“SSA”, “we”, “our”, “us”) to be considered for inclusion in our Supplier Database, you acknowledge and agree:
- You are authorised by the supplier listed in your application (“Supplier”) to submit your application on its behalf, together with any information and materials included as part of the application, and to bind the Supplier to these Terms & Conditions.
- On behalf of the Supplier, you undertake, represent and warrant that all information and materials included as part of the application and true, correct and complete in all material respects as at the date of submission and you will let us know in writing as soon as you become aware of any change to this.
- You accept and agree to SSA’s Privacy Policy
- SSA is not obliged to accept your application and/or to include the Supplier as part of its Supplier Database and may remove the Supplier from the Supplier Database at any time at its absolute discretion, including where SSA reasonably considers the Supplier has not complied with these Terms & Conditions
- By submitting an application, the Supplier acknowledges that the Supplier Database is intended to promote vendors and suppliers who are committed to supporting more sustainable and responsible practices across the screen industry. While participating in the Supplier Database, the Supplier agrees that it wiloperate in good faith and comply with all applicable laws and regulations relevant to its business operations;
- operate in good faith and comply with all applicable laws and regulations relevant to its business operations;
- conduct itself in a professional and respectful manner and refrain from conduct that is reasonably likely to adversely affect the reputation of SSA or the Supplier Database;
- make reasonable efforts to minimise the environmental impacts associated with its operations, where practical and appropriate having regard to the nature, scale and resources of its business; and
- demonstrate a genuine commitment to improving its environmental and sustainability practices over time.
- That by submitting the application, the Supplier grants to SSA in all media, throughout the world, in perpetuity, a non- exclusive licence to use the information and materials included as part of your application (“Materials”) in connection with SSA’s Supplier Database as well as for such ancillary purposes or activities authorised by SSA (for example, case studies published on SSA’s website). This licence does not extend to your personal information which shall be treated in accordance with SSA’s Privacy Policy.
